Directions

1. In a large saucepan, combine evaporated milk, brown sugar, egg yolks, butter, cornstarch and cinnamon.
2. Cook over a low heat, stirring constantly until bubbles form and have reached 200 degrees.
3. Remove from the heat and stir in pecans, coconut and vanilla.
4. Let cool to room temperature before spreading on the cupcake.
