Our ghost kitchen rental application process is simple, so you can focus on what you do best - creating delicious food!

  1. Submitting Your Application To get started, simply visit our website and locate the ghost kitchen rental application form. Pay and the form will be emailed to you. Fill out the required information, including your name, contact details, and business details. Tell us about your concept, menu, and any special requirements you may have. We're committed to helping you succeed, so feel free to provide any additional information that can help us better understand your needs.

  2. Review and Approval Process Once we receive your application, our team will carefully review it to ensure it meets our rental criteria. This includes verifying your business credentials, food safety certifications, and compliance with local regulations. We may also request additional documentation or conduct a background check to ensure the safety and quality of our ghost kitchen community.

  3. Lease Agreement and Payment If your application is approved, we'll send you a lease agreement outlining the terms and conditions of the rental. This may include details such as rental rates, lease duration, security deposit, and any other relevant terms. Once you review and accept the lease agreement, you'll need to make the required payment, which may include the first month's rent, last and security deposit.

  4. Onboarding and Orientation After signing the lease agreement and making the payment, our team will guide you through the onboarding and orientation process. This may include scheduling a walkthrough of the ghost kitchen facility, familiarizing you with the equipment and facilities, and providing you with any necessary access codes or keys. We'll also ensure that you understand and comply with our rules and regulations for using the ghost kitchen space.

  5. Start Cooking! With the onboarding process complete, you're now ready to start cooking in our fully-equipped ghost kitchen! You'll have access to our state-of-the-art kitchen facilities. We're here to support your culinary journey, so if you have any questions or need assistance, our team is just a call or email away.

Important information: 

By Signing this form and paying the $45 application fee, you acknowledge it does not guarantee you a space in the kitchen, but you will be provided a tour and Q & A meeting.
