For edible images add the image sheet to your cart and complete the checkout process. Once it is paid for email us the image you would like printed to and provide your order number once we receive the image we will make sure to have them ready for pick up the day you select.

Yes we do create treats just for your pup! Our dog cupcakes are made with peanut butter,pumpkin, apple sauce and ingredients specifically formulated for your favorite furry friend.

Cupcake Jars

  • We have labeled each jar with a “Best By Date”. Please enjoy before the best by date labeled on the bottom.
  • For BEST enjoyment eat upon arrival or within 1 day of receiving .
  • If you are unable to dig in upon arrival date please refrigerate and enjoy before the best by date labeled on the bottom.
  • If you freeze the jars you can keep them up to 1 month frozen. Defrost time for frozen jars will take about 2- 4 hours.

  • Each baked good is labeled with a “Best By Date” on the seal. This will help you enjoy the product with the best freshness.

Any products labeled (GF|V)  are gluten-free & vegan. All products cookies, cupcakes and ice cream come individually packaged due to Covid-19 safety precautions. Shipping & Returns

When should I place my order by to receive it by a specific date?

We ship through UPS with 1 day air and 2 day shipping. We recommend placing the order a minimum of 3 days in advance of the desired receive by date. UPS who we ship with does not deliver on weekends nor ships on Sundays. When you check out the day on the calendar you choose is the day you would like to receive the shipment.

What is the earliest that I can have my cupcakes shipped to me?

Dreamy Creations offers nationwide shipping via UPS. In general, UPS delivers all packages by 7pm, though we cannot guarantee a specific UPS delivery time. For national inquiries, please email or

What different types of shipping services do you provide?

We currently provide 1 day air and 2 day air through UPS. 1 Day air starts at $30 and above depending on the state and 2 day air starts at $15 and above depending on the state. (Excluding certain areas.)

What days do you ship products?

We ship Monday through Wednesday. We can ship Thursdays if shipments are selected for 1 day air at checkout.

All orders are shipped via UPS. We ship on Monday – Thursday excluding holidays. We do not ship and UPS does not deliver on weekends. During busy times and holidays, we may sell out on certain days and therefore will not offer that shipping day.

After entering the zip code you want to ship to, you will be provided with a calendar showing available delivery dates.  The date you are choosing is the date on which you wish the package to arrive NOT the day it will ship.

The delivery days and costs presented to you will depend on the following:

• When your order is being placed. Orders placed before 4pm Pacific time are eligible to ship the next business day.

• The zip code you are shipping to.

• Whether or not you’re shipping to a residential address or a commercial address (commercial addresses are less expensive).

• The weight of the package being shipped.

Orders will arrive by end of day on the date chosen (UPS considers end of day by 7pm).

Shipping Package Refund

How can I get a refund for my package?

NOTICE: UPS has suspended its Money Back Guarantee for shipments. Please note that an order that normally took one day to get to you may take three days or even longer. There are currently no refunds for any delayed shipments, but if the shipment has gone back or takes 2-3 days longer than expected please reach out to us so we can make things right.

We ship via UPS. Dreamy Creations ships without a signature required. That being said, UPS reserves the right, when delivering to an apartment or condo complex, or college, to not leave the package if no one is home. UPS issues you a tracking number as soon as your shipping label has been created and printed. We encourage you to follow your package and if you have not received your package, to please call the UPS Customer Service line @1 (800) 742-5877 and present them with your tracking number so that they can help you locate your package.

We also encourage all our customers to sign up for UPS My Choice. It's a free service provided by UPS to allow customers to track, reroute and customize deliveries of all packages. It's free and easy to sign up. Simply go for more information or to sign up.

If you see this message, it means that UPS does not recognize the address as you entered it. We use UPS validation to minimize mistakes made during the order process. Please be sure you've entered your address exactly as it is registered with the US post office. In some instances, UPS will still not recognize it. In this case, if you are sure the address is correct and UPS has delivered there in the past, you can check the box that says "Please ship to the address provided". Please be aware however, that if you do check this box and choose to bypass UPS validation, Dreamy Creations and UPS cannot be responsible if your package does not arrive. Dreamy Creations contracts with a third party shipping vendor (UPS) to deliver your package. As such Dreamy Creations can only guarantee that your order will be ready for shipment on the day shown in your order confirmation. We cannot guarantee the arrival date. Certain circumstances such as weather or address issues can delay the arrival of your package. We will be happy to work with you and UPS to resolve any delays that occur, however, Dreamy Creations cannot refund any part of your order as a result of shipping delays or incorrect deliveries.
