Step 1 - Application Submission : The first step in our commercial kitchen rental process is submitting your application. You can do this easily through our website or by contacting our team directly. We will require basic information about your business, such as your contact details, type of cuisine you plan to prepare, and your preferred rental dates and times. We may also request additional documents, such as a business license or food handler's permit, to ensure compliance with local regulations.

Step 2 - Kitchen Tour and Agreement : Once your application is received, our team will schedule a kitchen tour for you to view our state-of-the-art facilities. During the tour, you will have the opportunity to see our commercial kitchen in action and discuss any specific requirements or questions you may have. If you decide to proceed, we will provide you with a rental agreement outlining the terms and conditions of the rental, including pricing, rental hours, and kitchen rules and regulations.

Step 3 - Rental Payment and Documentation : After reviewing and signing the rental agreement, the next step is to make the required rental payment and provide any necessary documentation. This may include a security deposit, proof of liability insurance, and signed waivers or permits, depending on your specific business and local regulations. Once all documentation and payments are received, you will be officially approved as a tenant of our commercial kitchen.

Step 4 - Access and Rental Commencement: Congratulations! With all the necessary paperwork and payments completed, you will be granted access to our commercial kitchen on the agreed-upon rental start date. You will be provided with the necessary access codes or keys to enter the premises and start using the kitchen for your culinary activities. Our team will also be available for ongoing support and assistance throughout your rental period.

Important information: 

By Signing this form and paying the $45 application fee, you acknowledge it does not guarantee you a space in the kitchen, but you will be provided a tour and Q & A meeting.
